Introducing Philbert

Finally! After over 8 months of trial and error I was finally able to figure out a way to do my Abstract Critters entirely in beeswax!! Two full days of slow steady work and 'Philbert' the Rhino makes his glorious entry into the world (bear with my dramatics...this is a huge accomplishment for me).

He currently sits on our mantle where I can admire him and smile with pride. He will no doubt be joined there by more Abstract Critters in Encaustic on that mantle...because we wouldn't want him getting lonely at all.
