Happy New Year and Welcome Project 365 aka Project-Crazy-Pants

Whose crazy idea was it to commit to a Project 365 this year? I'm pretty sure it wasn't me...between work and the fifty million other commitments in my life I would never say yes to another thing! What do you mean I came up with this all on my own? How did this happen? Was I sleep deprived?!? Oh sweet heavens....what have I done to myself.

So yeah...I've gone and done it....one photograph a day for the next 365 days of the year. This should be interesting because I am not a one a day shooter. Usually I binge shoot...go on a trip and just eat, sleep and photograph for days/weeks on end. So this business of actually being disciplined enough to shoot once daily is soooooo not my norm.

I woke up on this "DAY 1" of Project-Crazy-Pants and decided to take my camera with while we took the dogs for run in the woods...and my plan was to shoot one of the dogs...just one of them...and call it a day.....nope...no can do....like a true addict as soon as Zee was in my hands I was off shooting. 9 hours, 200 kilometers and 234 frames later I am all binged out and stuck with the task of picking 1 shot for Day 1....what the heck was I thinking?

Hmmmm.....which one to pick...
