Photography DeJa Vu

See this image....it was not unfamiliar to me the moment I shot it...though I had never met the boy before...or been in that part of the world...it was not the first time I had "seen" and "known" this scene before.

I imagine I am not the only photographer out there that occasionally runs into captures that seem familiar to them.....maybe it is an image I have seen someone else shoot before....maybe it is an image I imagined capturing...maybe it is something from a previous life...I have learned not to question it any more and just take the shot. Who cares why it seems familiar to me? All that really matters to me is that it resonates with me. Ahhh...the selfish luxury of just shooting for yourself.
